Fate, Texas — Five Star Storage has officially opened its brand new facility at 104 Industrial Drive in Fate, Texas.
Conveniently positioned off Interstate 30 for Rockwall area residents and business owners, the three-story building features 911 units, including indoor climate-controlled storage units and drive-up units along the exterior.
Designed with security in mind, Five Star Storage offers a NOKE smart-unit access system, combined with cameras and keypad entry, so tenants can access their belongings safely and efficiently during all business hours. Renters can choose from a wide range of storage options tailored to protect everything from household goods and electronics to business inventory and equipment.
Climate-controlled units maintain a protective environment for sensitive items against heat, humidity, and seasonal weather swings common in Rockwall County. Drive-up units open to the facility’s exterior to provide quick loading and unloading for hefty storage needs.
